By accessing and using Volleyball Masterclass ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access our masterclasses, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Payment and Pricing

Subscription Plans: Access is available through monthly subscription plans. Monthly plan is $39/month, and Annual plan is $99/year ($8/month).

• All payments are processed securely through Skool
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You are responsible for all taxes
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled

4. License and Content Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the masterclass content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

• Download, record, or redistribute our content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Remove watermarks or proprietary notices

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
