We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, but only under specific circumstances. You are eligible for a refund if, within 7 days of your purchase, you experience an issue accessing the content on Skool and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours after you report it to our official Volleyball Masterclass Skool account via private messages.
Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date
- You experienced an issue accessing the content on Skool
- You reported the issue to our official Volleyball Masterclass Skool account via private messages
- We were unable to resolve the access issue within 72 hours of your report
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
Important: All official communication must be conducted through Skool. We do not process refund requests through email or other channels.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You did not report the access issue to our official Volleyball Masterclass Skool account
- We resolved the access issue within 72 hours of your report
- You did not experience an access issue (e.g., dissatisfaction with content quality, personal preference, etc.)
- You have violated our Terms of Service
- You have engaged in fraudulent activity
- You have downloaded, recorded, or distributed content
- You purchased through a third-party platform (subject to their policies)
- You are requesting a second refund (one refund per customer)
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Report Access Issue on Skool
If you experience any issue accessing the content on Skool, immediately send a private message to our official Volleyball Masterclass Skool account describing:
- Your full name and Skool username
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the access issue you're experiencing
- Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable)
Step 2: Wait for Resolution
Our team will work to resolve your access issue within 72 hours. We will communicate with you through Skool private messages only.
Step 3: Refund Eligibility
If we cannot resolve your access issue within 72 hours of your report, you will be eligible for a full refund. We will process the refund through Skool, and it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Refunds are only available for access issues that we cannot resolve. Refunds are not available for general dissatisfaction, content preferences, or other non-access-related reasons.
Subscription Cancellations
For monthly subscription plans:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Skool account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
- No cancellation fees
All subscription management and cancellations must be done through Skool. We do not process cancellations through email or other channels.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the content on Skool, you must report it to our official Volleyball Masterclass Skool account via private messages within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If we cannot resolve it within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, contact us immediately through our official Volleyball Masterclass Skool account via private messages for assistance.
